Membership, Qualifications and Residency Requirements Five (5) members appointed by the City Council
Term Initially, two (2) members shall serve a two-year term and three (3) members shall serve a four-year term on the Board.
Compensation None
Duties To provide a mechanism for the exchange of information regarding local library operations in an effort to make the local library more responsive to the community's needs.
