The City and consultants from Freedman, Tung, and Bottomley have analyzed the Tracy Downtown Study area, which covers the properties between Twelfth Street, Tracy Boulevard, Schulte Road, and MacArthur Drive, and is currently preparing a Downtown Specific Plan. A series of public workshops were conducted in 2006-early 2007. The Downtown Specific Plan is expected to be completed and adopted in late 2008 or early 2009.
