Tracy Gateway Project
Ideally located next to Interstate 205 at the City's western boundary, Tracy Gateway will become the first ever Class A Office business park in San Joaquin County, offering the Central Valley's growing population with an alternative to Bay Area-based jobs.
Tracy Gateway will be a campus-style business park that provides for a well-planned work environment. The multi-story office buildings will overlook many serene views – lakes, an executive golf course, landscaping, and surrounding hills. And Tracy Gateway offers more than five miles of bike lanes and walkways, in addition to a trail and fitness course that surrounds the golf course. Services proposed for employees will include shopping, restaurants, daycare facilities, and a health club.
