I am extremely proud of the men and women who make up our Police Department and of their excellent performance each day. Our Police Department also receives outstanding support from the Mayor and City council, the City administration, the business community, Tracy’s numerous civic organizations and the countless citizens who actively participate to make our community safe. Thanks to this widespread support, the Department excels in its mission—delivering proactive and professional police service in partnership with the community to reduce crime, solve problems and enhance public safety.
