The Utilities Division operates and maintains the Water Treatment Plant, Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the City's water wells. In addition, this division maintains the City's traffic signals and street lights and provides support for electrical systems maintenance within all City facilities. The Utilities Division consists of the following sections:

Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations

Operates the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant to treat and dispose of the wastewater (sewage) collected from within the City.

Wastewater Treatment Plant Maintenance

Maintains, repairs, and replaces the mechanical and electrical plant equipment at the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Wastewater Lift Stations

Operates, maintains, and repairs the City's wastewater lift (pump) stations and provides safe sanitary services.

Water Plant Operations

Operates the City's Water Treatment Plant and well system to provide a potable water supply for the City. Current Water Quality Report for the City.

Maintains, repairs, and replaces the mechanical and electrical plant equipment at the City's Water Treatment Plant.

Water Wells Maintenance

Maintains and repairs the City's water wells and booster water pump stations.

Utilities Laboratory

Provides laboratory and environmental control services for City utilities and other City departments.

Electrical Maintenance

Maintains and repairs the City's traffic signals and street lights. Provides support to building maintenance for electrical systems in City buildings.
